Celuna Terms of Service

In short: Celuna is a personal-growth and habit app — it doesn't give medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and doesn't guarantee any specific outcome.
1. Acceptance
By downloading and using Celuna, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Description of service
Celuna is a personal-growth app combining intention-setting, daily practice tracking, a gratitude journal, meditation, and visualization techniques. All content in the app (techniques, frequencies, ritual suggestions) are tools for building awareness and habits; they are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and do not guarantee any specific life outcome (money, relationships, health, etc.).
3. Technical identity and account linking
To use the app, an automatic, anonymous technical identity is created that does not require any personal information — this is needed for security and purchase verification (see Privacy Policy Section 4 for details). If you want, you can optionally link this identity to a Google account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings.
4. Subscriptions, trial, and cancellation
- Celuna continues on a free tier after the trial period ends — content you already created is never locked when the trial ends.
- Premium subscriptions are purchased and cancelled through the Apple App Store / Google Play; billing and cancellation are governed by those stores' own policies.
- Refund requests are handled through the relevant store's (Apple/Google) refund policy, since we do not receive payment directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
- Access to premium audio content is granted by verifying the technical identity in Section 3 and an active subscription (see Privacy Policy Section 6).
5. Invite/referral feature
Celuna may offer an invite/referral feature when enabled (e.g. a mutual benefit when you invite a friend). This feature is not currently active; if and when it is enabled, its terms and mechanics will be clearly stated here and in the app. No invite reward is currently guaranteed or offered.
6. User conduct
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to reverse-engineer it, and not to attempt to disrupt its security or operation.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text, audio, and visuals inside the app belong to Celuna. The intentions, voice notes, and journal entries you write are yours — we claim no rights over them.
8. Limitation of liability
Celuna is provided "as is." You acknowledge that manifestation and visualization techniques are tools based on subjective experience and do not carry a scientifically guaranteed outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it or closing your account.
10. Changes
If these terms are updated, the current version will be published on this page.

Kısaca: Celuna bir kişisel gelişim ve alışkanlık uygulamasıdır — tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki ya da finansal tavsiye vermez ve belirli bir sonucu garanti etmez.
1. Kabul
Celuna'yı indirip kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanmamalısın.
2. Hizmetin tanımı
Celuna; niyet belirleme, günlük pratik takibi, şükran günlüğü, meditasyon ve görselleştirme tekniklerini bir araya getiren bir kişisel gelişim uygulamasıdır. Uygulama içindeki tüm içerik (teknikler, frekanslar, ritüel önerileri) bilinç ve alışkanlık geliştirmeye yönelik araçlardır; tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki veya finansal bir tavsiye niteliği taşımaz ve belirli bir yaşam sonucunu (para, ilişki, sağlık vb.) garanti etmez.
3. Teknik kimlik ve hesap bağlama
Uygulamayı kullanabilmen için, kişisel bilgi istemeyen anonim, teknik bir kimlik otomatik olarak oluşturulur — bu, güvenlik ve satın alma doğrulaması için gereklidir (ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası Madde 4). İstersen bu kimliği opsiyonel olarak bir Google hesabıyla eşleyebilirsin. Hesabını, Ayarlar üzerinden istediğin zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.
4. Abonelik, deneme süresi ve iptal
- Celuna, ücretsiz bir deneme süresinin ardından ücretsiz bir katmanla devam eder — deneme bittiğinde daha önce oluşturduğun içerik kilitlenmez.
- Premium abonelikler Apple App Store / Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve iptal edilir; ödeme ve iptal işlemleri o mağazaların kendi politikalarına tabidir.
- İade talepleri de ilgili mağazanın (Apple/Google) iade politikası üzerinden yönetilir, biz doğrudan ödeme almadığımız için iadeyi biz gerçekleştiremeyiz.
- Premium ses içeriğine erişim, Madde 3'teki teknik kimliğin ve aktif aboneliğin doğrulanmasıyla sağlanır (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası Madde 6).
5. Davet/referans özelliği
Celuna, etkinleştirildiğinde bir davet/referans özelliği sunabilir (ör. bir arkadaşını davet ettiğinde karşılıklı bir avantaj kazanma). Bu özellik şu anda aktif değildir; etkinleştirildiğinde koşulları ve işleyişi bu belgede ve uygulama içinde açıkça belirtilecektir. Şu an için herhangi bir davet ödülü garanti edilmez veya sunulmaz.
6. Kullanıcı davranışı
Uygulamayı yasa dışı bir amaçla kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı ve uygulamanın güvenliğini/işleyişini bozmaya çalışmamayı kabul edersin.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama içindeki tasarım, metin, ses ve görsellerin hakları Celuna'ya aittir. Kendi yazdığın niyetler, ses notların ve günlük girdilerin ise sana aittir — bunlar üzerinde bir hak iddia etmeyiz.
8. Sorumluluk sınırı
Celuna "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Manifestasyon ve görselleştirme tekniklerinin öznel deneyime dayalı araçlar olduğunu, bilimsel olarak kanıtlanmış bir sonuç garantisi taşımadığını kabul edersin. Uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde sorumlu tutulamayız.
9. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmen durumunda erişimini sonlandırabiliriz. Sen de dilediğin an uygulamayı silerek veya hesabını kapatarak kullanımı sonlandırabilirsin.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar güncellenirse, güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır.
